Replace neck for reduced silence.
Replace boots with Conspirator's Slippers - Item - World of Warcraft
Replace belt with Painstakingly Crafted Belt - Item - World of Warcraft unless you wanna faction change to grab the alliance 3 stam 4 int belt.
Heavy Borean armor kit on chest and shoulders.
Enchant Cloak - PvP Power - Spell - World of Warcraft scales better than your current enchant.
Oh, and finally, since you're going for max stam, get a 2stam/2int pair of gloves.
(dread pirate ring with a stamina enchant is nice aswell.)
Oh, and double AGM.
Soooo much lacking, 6/10 max
