12 dodge

how exactly do you get this as a level 10? i want to put it on my brand new BOA cloak. problem is, all the different versions i see have a 35 requirement on them is there one specific recipe that works?

I've heard that the lower city recipe lets you enchant sub level 35 items despite its description.



Might just be ramblings though.

I think, that 8 Dodge, 8 Agility is going to be changed next patch, or so.

I though it worked if you got the recipe before you could buy it from lower city, back when it didn't require ilvl35. I found a enchanter that got it from AQ40 before it required ilvl35 and it worked even if the tooltip showed ilvl35.

it was in wotlk so idk if it works now

Like vincent said, since 4.0.6, The enchant +12 Dodge is now ItemLevel +35 only. If you had it pre 4.0.6 you keep it, if not, it's grandfathered. Get Stealth instead.
