EU+US 110 - Old Content scaling and "wrong" item level.

Some people wanted to know what you can solo at 110. Especially if you don't have Mythic Antorus Gear etc. and / or using speed gear ...

My toon just hit 110, did a zone in BFA to get some basic gear.

Then I went into Eye of Azshara on normal, killed the first boss. Took some damage but nothing hard. So I know that I will be able to solo all legion dungeons on normal at least.

From there I went to Bloodmaul Slagmines Mythic ... I had the legacy buff and blasted through everything, cleared the dungeon in 3min.

Then I went to Blackrock Foundry Mythic, I was able to pull a room with ease and killed Gruul without taking any damage really.

Now here is the thing - BRF Mythic dropped 140 gear, Bloodmaul 154. I looked at the dungeon journal and it turns out that the dungeons drop higher item level gear than the raids. oO
HFC Mythic is 149+, every Mythic Dungeon 154+.

So if you try to get gear with +speed and a socket clearing the 8 dungeons each week seems to be your best bet if there are no items on the auction house. Keep in mind that every boss drops an item for your class 100%.
 
This is old news, but nevertheless still worth mentioning! My mage was lucky enough to get some heroic 136 pieces enchanted before the change in 8.1.5 (if i remember correctly) So now they are GFed 154+ with enchants :) pretty sure Veechard had a 109 mage with some GFed items.

Altho you can as 110 farm green items with gem+speed/leech or w/e procs from BFA. Dont ask me about the ilvl difference because i dont know. Mythic draenor dungeons and BFA greens, my coin is BFA gear is higher. ^.^

I only went for pieces that had vers and mastery on them which ended up being chest, bracers, gloves and belt. Was only able to get 3 of those 4 with sockets before the patch dropped. :(

Also my mage is 101

I’d link armory but I’m always logged in my speed set so no point.
