Although I have a feeling Kidney just looked at someone with it at 30+, I'm hoping he is correct and I'm assuming incorrectly.

About bloody time.
Removing an enchant that has always been level 1, and doesn't require higher level to obtain... putting a requirement on that is just beyond silly. Let's hope this is true.
