10-20 fastest levelling?

Haven't played the game in a while, what would be the fastest way to get multiple characters from 10 (allied race) to 20, if I want to spam alts for an epic proc or make new twinks.
 
I used to just do the WoD starting questline, tons of XP and you get your garrison crap done... as long as you dont care about the quest reward items and what they might proc (shouldnt matter if you're going to use socket/BoE).
 
I agree with Warglave that doing the WoD starting questline gives a ton of xp and you level pretty quickly. I've always done WoD till about 17 them hop over to Legion and start the quest chain in Azsuna to get me to 20. There's a bonus objective or two which helps alot.
 
Definitely Shadowmoon Valley (WoD) with AAP set up to do all the treasures and bonus objectives.
 
As horde I usually run through all the quests in STV. By the time the hunting quests are done you're like 17 or 18. Then I head to WOD and I'm usually 20 by the time the garrison intro is over with. It takes about 2-2.5 hours

Edit: The 10-50 world record holder does the WOD intro quests + Silverpine Forest from 10-20. Just tried it and it took me 1h 40 mins on a fresh druid... which was really slow apparently.

The thing about questing in Elwynn (instead of just killing the murlocs) is that the rewards are mostly white items with no stats... even when they proc epic they are not anything to worry about......... THIS xpac anyway.

If youre saying dont do any quests ever in case the rewards change in the future, I can get behind that. ;)

This is what I do as alliance, I like to save every quest until 20 just in case of upgrades. I don't have a horde counterpart atm. Maybe the murlocs in the belf area would be good as well idk about horde.
 
I put a character on a dual mount and fly him.. Usually 1 continent gives more than 10 levels.. And I do that using multiple accounts on multiple screens.. Sand Drake follow sand drake, each carrying characters that requires lvling, remember to put on all your BOAs. This is when I am watching movies and not playing the game.. Use the BC continent because you won't fly into the sea and die.

passenger on dual mount in WOD drops off a lot .. i dont usually go WOD .. always bc first .. and the 2 big continent SW and Orgim .. sw and orgi needs a lot of watching .. often died .. drown .. but doesnt matter .. res and fly again .. the good thing about this is you can do work or other stuff while they fly around on their own
