experience eliminated

Hello! Does anybody know how to use Experience Elimination on the character to cancel the restrictions for other group members (without canceling Experience Elimination on main character)? Thing is, I want to level up my other characters on WoW2 by running dungeons with my level 10 geared twink...

WELCOME TO THE IRL TWINK SHOP Told ya'll I was gunna make stickers... So I actually re-made these icons by hand so they are not direct replicas of the icons in-game (they are so low res they would look like dogshit) I apologize for the insane price on the stickers... They made me mark them...
