artifact weapon

Anyone notice something strange with this update. I dont see it referencing 110's only. Could this mean that per week, you get 1 AK level per week with your main and AK level of your highest AK leveled toon is given account wide. If this is true, might be a welcome change for us twinks. I'm like...
