Hey folks, I saw a person earlier today who had the aluneth artefact levelled to ilvl 20. Mine's still at 12. How do I upgrade it to lvl 20? I'm a 10 Twink.. (so was the person who had the ilvl 20 aluneth). I'm currently following the quest lines in case that is what is required. Any...
