  2. 70 vs 79 in 2019..?

    Can anyone explain the exact differences if im looking to pvp 70-79 bracket would it not make more sense to xpoff at 79 and BiS that way? Or do i have to xpoff 70 and BiS with that? I know gems and socket gear come into play around these levels of twinking so I'd rather have proper info before...

    70 vs 79 Twinking Poll and Discussion

    So I am wanting to get a conversation started about the pros and cons of Twinking at both Levels. Do you guys have anything to support one over the other. I have a 79 Twink and later will do a 70, I would like to know what you guys think.
