No idea if it was maintenance earlier or the update that just got implemented, but ToC and the other WotLK dungeons now drop blue loot on the beta, according to the adventure journal. Much lower ilvl (like 89 at level 30? I forgot). :thinking: Classic got bumped up to level 30 required loot...
