These are all the items you can purchase from those vendors, yes... but not all of these are available (essentially for free) as rewards from the quest to kill Korrak. That's what I'm asking about.

I agree with all of this, with outlaw rogue being my 2nd go-to character after my RDruid. Exactly for all the reasons Ohti stated. I enjoy playing "special teams" on both druid and rogue; crowd control, recaps, objective play rather than face to face battle. Outlaw Rogue is best suited for that...

It's the Head NPCs and the ones in the mid-field bunkers. If they are alive, they give the team a temporary buff when they complete certain goals like destroying a tower/bunker. The audio is so everyone on both sides knows it's happened.
