My only concern would be is the haste bonus worth it over the spelldamage/crit/mana damage wise? Technically, my output should be significantly more with 5 casts in the time it takes for you to make 4 of a 1.5s spell (6 with LB). Those extra proc's (In the long run) and less downtime for healing...
