@Rockit download Leatrix Plus if you don't already have it (surprised if not, it's extremely useful for many different things in classic). Open the addon by typing /ltp and navigate to the System tab and enable "Disable loot warnings". It will autoloot greens without a confirmation dialogue box.

So for the time being what should I do in terms of gear? I'm willing to get full T3 from the BMAH, as I have it on some of my mains, but that will obviously take some time. Also, are there more players on alliance or horde on US?

Won't it be quite a while before people know exactly what item is best for every slot? Seems like alot of tedious testing if that's the case with items scaling. I was totally unaware that items did that.

Sorry to break it to you, but dwarf is the way to go. I recently faction changed to dwarf, and I honestly will NEVER roll anything else. Theres no other way to get rid of a rend or a bleed effect, and having a 21 second serpent sting to keep you out of stealth becomes pretty disadvantageous...
