I'm honestly amazed this axe doesn't come up more around here, it's obviously best in slot for quite a few situations, albeit a bit of a pain to get.

I'm really just playing for the novelty of the axe, so I guess I could go combat. However, my only hard hitting shit as combat is KS, which never hits the right targets in BGs. As sub my ambushes hit for a pretty hefty amount considering the axe is naxx25 ilvl. Either way it's fun.

this thing has topend that nearly triples the brutal daggers, and ambush only does 257 (as opposed to 372) without daggers

I was wondering what the opinion was around here on the Nifflevar Bearded Axe I've been playing with it on a 71 sub rogue and it seems to have potential, but combat doesn't seem to be very viable at this level unfortunately. This could definitely also work great for an enhance shaman...
