Honestly, do it on the Cataclysm account - All most people do on their 70's is arena and PVE grind. BG's are a joke.

XP off and BC capped accounts share the same battleground. Same applies to level 60 & 80. If you choose to lock experience on the Cataclysm account (the better option) you will be in the same battlegrounds as people with BC accounts.

Depends completely on role you will be playing. General DPS - Fury, possibly Arms come 4.1 FCing - Protection obviously. Arena - I'd go Arms.
