They JUST got hotfixed and are now lvl 110.

The ring is now only shown if you've completed the attunement on that char, and has a lvl 110 requirement.

The bug was that if you completed the attunement on one char, all your chars could buy it. So yes, I was.

I went there on a lvl 100 and didn't see it, so safe to say you can't.

All the gear that the Chess event dropped in the tbc Karazhan now drops as gray ilvl 500 items in the new version.

Went there 30min ago and the vendor didn't sell the ring, logged a different character to check and poof they had removed the npc.
