If you want it for the speed you can always get Sinister Scimitar from Ghostlands which is a 1 handed sword with the same speed: 2.90. The vendor that sells is doesn't always have it in stock. Took me maybe 2 days to get.

tbh you can't join a guild on an account without gametime. Anyways good luck finding a guild!

Pretty much bis I'd say replace shoulders with loom ones, cloak with the one from Wailing caverns, replace both trinkets with looms, maybe replace boots also with the ones you get from stockades. Oh also and the bow is pretty much useless atm and I don't know a viable option as you are f2p, so...
