I take the hit on boots as I prefer using Shadowfang spaulders for the crit and so with the 5 hit on boots I remain above hit capped and don't lost out on too much hit. Also imo BoA>lfh by a long way but thats just preference

If rated BGs are 19 I guess it would be sorted, just wasnt sure if 19 was "rated", also having BGs where 75% of twinks are in the same guild could be a challenge but yeah i see your points, ty.
