Yes until all the other twinks report you for it. If youre going to do that try and keep it a secret, dont go around using pyros on every other 60 twink, or theyll be gone the next day.

xp off puts you in a different bracket and thats currently not happening playing without capping is just stupid, you wouldnt even be able to really farm kills on a sixty twink like you could on an xp off x9 twink(which is still mindnumbingly boring) What do you have to pvp for at 60 except...
