Okay so I got over, i used party sync but had a really strange experience. Whilst on the back of my mains sandstone drake, i was part phased and couldnt see any mobs on the ship or anything, but on my main was being swarmed with guards and stuff. Got there in the end, just a very unusual encounter

Yeah the guards appear when i phase away from the phase that has the boat in it. Idk, i'm gonna mess around and see if i can fix it

I've done all of the intro quests i'd assume, as i've got every possible piece of azerite armor (did it back when it was a thing). I do have warmode on, that possibly could be it? I waited around for the boat to come for about 10 minutes and saw nothing. I also saw no other boats appearing...

I thought the carts had like a level 30 req or something? Do you just get a higher level to drop one in party and take from the table? Or is there a better way to get this to work?

Gah you're killing me here, I was excited for raiding SW there for a moment! Just tried and this doesn't work, when I phase into "Stormwind Harbor" it phases and the boat literally disappears right before my eyes. If i move out of "Stormwind Harbor", the boat returns. Any other suggestions?

So it's either: Summon Break into SW and get on the boat I'll take the latter, sounds more fun. Thanks again!

Is it possible as a level 20 horde character, to get to Kul'tiras? I've tried all sorts of nonesense to try and get there, looked for quests, tried swimming across the ocean etc and I can't seem to make it there? Surely there is something i'm missing here?

I am wondering if there are any resources / guides already existing out there that show a comparison of stat weights to clearly see the difference between 20's vs 29's (when scaled inside BG)? For instance, I would love to see information like: How much 1 point of Haste, Crit, Vers, Mastery...

Is it better than this dagger though? I was going to do the night blade but the OP said that he believes that the proc rate on this one is higher. Obviously this is very hard to test myself, as one would need both to be sure
