About the founding: We did a lot of founds on our lvl 1's but only a few of them stayed for a long time to help the progress, that's why I wrote in special cases only. If you want to be founded and know that you're going to actually PLAY a lot on ur lvl 10 /w me ingame and we'll talk about it :)
