I'm sorry if this has been rehashed to death, I'm trying to see if twinking a character at 19 is still viable in dragon flight. Ive been in queue ~30 mins this morning, nothing has popped. If i understand right, there are now separate queues for xp on/off, which significantly impacts pvp up...
