@mrcer : the bracers you linked are itemlvl 30, you cant put +12 int on thoese. restro shammy im actually quite curius about the hit rating for restro, i mean going tidal focus and improved watershield and boost crit chance would seem like a good alternative, + shock cost you a boat load...

the trinkets he listed are on seperate cd, wich means they can be cast together ie. 37 agi combined with the panther trinket ? :) would make for some interresting bursts ?
