I believe that you maintain your access to chromie on characters already on timewalking until you change to present time. New characters probably will not have access to it. It happened to me. After I changed to present time on a character on timewalking I was not able to use chromie anymore. So...

I know, but I do not think they can proc warforged+socket, legs, cloak and trinkets probably as well. These probably can proc only tertiary as a second bonus. I hope I am wrong.

I haven't found a way to benefit from getting all that damage, but shadowlands gems provide me with enough healing so I can have burning rush on all the time. Unfortunatelly only outside of BG, because the health pool increases significantly in BG. But I can move at speed of 199%, which is fun...
