I haven't found anyone talking about this. Most of the strong gear has been upped in req level to wear. The axe from talon king has been upped to level 27 to wield. Hand of justice and other BRD gear to level 22. A lot of gear from dungeons has been made unusable at level 20. Artifact weps stay...

Were the ilvl 44 necks nerfed through the event or do they scale towards your ilvl?

Anyone managed to get a Hand of Justice and an Ironfoe? Alongside the trashing blade heirlooms, wonder how crazy the procs are and if the procs generate rage.

Sadly anything involving procs on auto attacks and spell attacks is far better off with a demon hunter. It sucks but Demon Hunter outshines warrior in a lot of things, even at low level.
