Did you make sure you're in guardian loot spec? That's a tank trinket. (The only drop available for feral loot spec is the leggings, but guardian can drop both leggings and neck)

You can take the boat to zuldazar from echo isles in durotar, the boots are recommended to get at lvl 15 so they will be <ilvl 50 for minor speed

Goblin is great for the Rocket Jump || Rocket Barrage, as well as nifty things like bank access / vendor discounts / haste buff. Pandaren are also a good choice because you can double your well-fed buffs.

This would be a great weapon for a level 10 fury warrior to dual wield with a Cudgel of Naralex for whirlwind spam. A big issue was the lack of slow weapons for 10 fury to dual wield for lifestealing procs on whirlwind, so this might bridge the gap somewhat between level 10 and 11 fury...

You might be aware of this already, but since you farmed SSO rep, you can buy this sword with no level requirement from their quartermaster. Dual wielding it may or may not be better than what you're running right now, but it's also fun to just collect. Happy twinking!
