anyone know if this is still possible? was in a low BG today and this guy https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/eu/azjolnerub/aimshoot just demolishing people with the gear but when i go over to check on my main it says you need to be level 29 to equip it

i got super lucky yesterday and [Unpopped Pustule Pendant] dropped with a socket from maniacal maniac in gorgrond, do rings have a chance to socket aswell?

Unfortunately i missed the good times on ilvl 40+ armour but set out to do what i can. atm i have done al legion zones and got the 40 ring from the mission table along with the trinket from the lumbermill. apart from grinding out the last ring and cloak is there anything else i can go for? thnx
