  1. What's everyones twinks looking like?

    Is it not possible to get the high artifact relics now? Best I've found is +10 at lvl 26 and dungeons are dropping +1's at lvl 19.

  2. Azerite Gear N/A til 50?

    Can you not pick up the HOA quest to get the azerite gear at lvl 20 anymore? If so is there any way to fill these slots with 40+ilvl gear (specifically azerite)? Thanks in advance!
