ET Phone Gnome has a reputation of using speed pots and rocket boots; I would rate them higher as a guild but unfortunately a lot of them aren't looking to 10v10 or do competitive premades with this mindset. It's a shame since a lot of the guild are really good players individually.

Organise a proper 10v10 between both guilds. I'm sure a lot of people on EU are looking forward to it and it will stop players arguing about who is better on the forums.
