Isn't the core of Twinking to min/max your gameplay? why wouldn't you use speed pot/thistle tea/rocket boots/discomb to have an advantage or counterplay your oppenent, especially in pug where most team are imbalanced. Also keep in mind those consumable share CD with Healing potions and Bombs...

Its more about the fact that player who don't know this jump are unable to attack whoever is up there even tho you clearly see them, so it provoke alot of rage in bg chat and mass report, i don't think its a good idea to do it at all. it is repeatable for all class with some having to do 2 jump...
