    Can free accounts get items to upgrade? I've ran stockades at least 20 on void elfs hoping that the quest item Riffle Commander's Eyepatch upgrades, but it hasn't. I know dungeon quests can upgrade cause the other day I saw a dude had the ring equiped from the exact same questline, but it was epic.
