lol almost. using pyro procs still nets more dmg overall with my crit chance.

yup! it stacks. the scorch does almost more damage than a pyro crit. and more damage than a non crit pyro.

I was wondering this too. all i have experience with is fire mage. but considering greater pyro scales off %hp, with sephuz haste proc id be curious to know what could do more potential burst dmg. I can take out tanks with 400-600k hp like its nothing...
