You'll need to ask for another day and turn your XP back on. You can say you have items in your mailbox, this usually works.

I'm sure its something to do with you only get HKs registered if the account has game time / is a leveller. This would explain why you play matches against 15 Russians and get 0 HKs at the end.

IIRC you can put it on a heirloom cloak on a higher level and mail to your twink.
