Correct me if im wrong but doesn't ef have a ppm of 7? Although the shadowbolt proc itself can proc ef its going to proc roughly 7 times per minute regardless. Sure, I'd rock one offhand but I don't think theres much of an argument of wielding 2.

So current argus ring isnt ilvl 32? Haven't done the quest in a couple years and cant find a lower ilvl on wowhead.

Satchel ring is also 7 int with secondary stats.

Ahh that makes sense, in this case i'd use int trinks.

Argas isnt highest int nor is the battle cloak, what are you referring to?

Inferno robe has 20 I believe, talbar mantle has 9 but im not sure if this is highest, gravestone scepter has 22. Id still use dungeon gear over widow band and gnoll casters with how strong vers is looking

Most of the items that I found with the highest int are gf'd quest pieces. I still think random dungeon gloves would be better for max damage than gnoll casters although i'm still holding onto a pair.
