What is the wait time for BGs to pop? and what is the most active server?

Hello, 1) If I have an vanilla account (no expansions), will the charcters max level on that account be 60? (ie. i dont have to lock the xp. at 60) 2) Are there player sin 60-69 bracket? 3) Will i fight players who have the expansions in the 60-69 bracket? Thanks,

Been queueing for days, not a single BG have popped. (both on blackout and cruelty) Guess we can say twinks = dead. Anyone heard if they will fix it somehow?

ok thank you. I will start at lvl 29 elites, then whenever i get one killed i climb upwards in levels. :) That way i'll always have a "record", yay

Hello, What elite/rare/dungeon/ monsters should I try to kill as a level 29 twink? Now with the exp lock and almost NO BGs popping, I thought Ill go and try to kill some hard funny monsters.
