For damage in 90-99 BGs, try a balance druid. I deal between 2-3 times as much damage as the second guy on the damage chart (ilvl 738). Of course you can't two-shot anyone, but the spread damage and aoe pressure is amazing, especially if people are stacked up like fighting for the flag in EotS...
