I have also finished this quest now and thus, I can confirm that it excists. The first quest to pick up is Reclaiming Fellfire Hill, which is given by Gnarl at Warsong Lumber Camp. After that there are two other quests from him and then he sens you to Gaivan Shadewalker. He gives you the quest...

Oh? Did you have to do anything before being eligible for the quest? The quest Insane Druids wasn't there when I went to the quiestgiver. Does it have a pre-quest?

Unfortunately. The quest Insane Druids doesn't excist anymore, or atleast not for level 19's. I just checked over there with my Paladin. The guy only gave another lame quest. I did that one and then he was out of quests. Quite a bummer.
