Does anybody know why the engineering goggles are not avaible to starter edition anymore? Wanted to craft them only to be surprised by a lock beside them and a text about them being locked on S. Edition.

Hi guys, I'm new to wow and twinking :) I played for a month, had some fun and now my sub is over. Yesterday i started my twink hunter, with some looms, but not all. So when i did RBG i notice a lot of the same players at lvl 20 with looms too and that's how i discovored f2p twinks :D did not...
