    Just did this quest. Yes you take a lot of damage. Then #2 skill does very little so don't use it. #1 still wrecks enemies before they kill you. And now you wioll actually need to heal too.     With the SL gem restriction gone and flying upcoming I'm going to give f2p another swing. I'll have to replay from nothing so I'll contact when I'm sure my character is ready.

    Maybe not what you were asking for. But I did note my stats at the moment I dinged 20 so I can compare them when I got a fully kitted character later on.
