This is without scaling, since first scaling is not all time active. Second there is no Data avaiable for Tunic of Westfall, anyways, i will test it later and give a feedback. My set also features the common items (2defias,lynx and Gloves of Fang) which are basically BiS Standards.

I didnt forgot the +5 , but even with +5 Set Bonus Defias has 35Agility. My shown set has +36 Agility. Also the Tunic of Westfall (+10 Agility , + 5 Stamina) is also GF'd. -> "Swag" So yeah, it actually just has more Agility.
