Yeah that's the leather working one, it's totally fine if you don't want to level leather working for 1 agility, I wouldn't want to. But if you do remember to keep the primal leg reinforcements at stage 1 because they scale better for some reason.

I think primal leg reinforcements might give more agility and crit, so I would recommend using them. Personally I don't really like to use foreman's gloves but I can see why you would want to. Overall really nice twink

Yeah, 10's are pretty much dead. The only reason to keep your twink at 10 would to be as a trophy toon. Level 10's scale up to level 19, but they are missing some of the abilities that 19's have so it becomes a disadvantage. I would recommend leveling up to 19 :)
