1 battlenet account can have 8 wow accounts. 1 wow account can be subbed while 7 wow accounts can be f2p, and they all share the same warbank. this is the same as mounts, pets, toys, heirlooms, and achievements.

last i heard, f2p level 20 gets put in xp on queues with levelers. xp off level 20-29s are in a separate queue. i am not sure if this has been changed since i have not queued for bgs in a long time. pure f2p that has never bought gametime do get banked xp up to level 30, so they do level up if...

level 20 is the f2p cap. you cannot queue bgs if you lock xp as f2p, so you will eventually reach 20 if you play bgs. there is no reason to lock xp at 19 for pve.

are there any items that cost timewarped badges that are only available for the anniversary? wowhead says the titles are exclusive, but im not sure about the others. i would like to slowly farm timewarped badges over many events if possible. ive got a lot of farming to do since its now available...

are those +220% and +420% for a total of 320% and 520%? that would be faster than what it currently is (250% and 410%)

according to other posts, you can level to 70 without DF. and SoO only requires level 60

august celestials or golden lotus? golden lotus is easy, just kill mobs and rares. august celestials require farming lesser charm or good fortune for the repeatable quest, as far as i am aware

mastery is different for different classes. mastery point (that is what wowhead calls it) still caps at 126, but some classes have 2% effect per mastery point, and some classes have 0.6% effect

what about without any abilities or passives? just +speed from gear? is it 49%?
