Quality > quantity as my mum would always say.

I know a lot of rogues are bummed that they couldn't get the axe as a quest reward, but I was leveling a Blood Elf Rogue today and this happened: I don't know if it mattered, but I set my loot specialization to Outlaw before getting the quest. Glad to see this is working as intended again.

I heard from a little birdy that Warforged pieces at low levels won't be changed to +10/+20 but might get changed to +5/+10. +20 ilvl on a low level piece would be absurd.
