A quick FYI for those interested, chromie time isn't yet enabled for level 60s on the alpha, despite the level cap being raised. All zones also remain at their current SL level ranges, so testability of potential new low level stuff (beyond talent trees) is limited. I'd expect we won't start...

I have to agree here. Since they nerfed it from 90% to 75% a while back, I find that I can still get nuked for half of my HP even inside of Dispersion. With the other compelling options in the tree, I find it hard to justify it (at least for BGs, might be neccesary for arena though). Wihout DP...

It's a *bit* of a mixed bag, sometimes. Ideally, yes, massive pumpage. But sometimes it'll proc on something stupid, like a pre-bubble before you go in, or even a fort buff out of the GY. Or it'll proc right before getting CC'd. This is why I'd only recommend using it with the Mystical Skyfire...
