Looks like ring/neck/(maybe back?)/offhand are not nerfed. Today got 2 rings and neck dropped and they still 44. All main pieces with boots, bracer, (belt not confirmed) weapons/shields are nerfed. This is my experience Edit : confirm back not nerfed

When I entered the zone, event just started, I skipped that one and went to farm crystals, after an hour, event again started and I finished that one. Last year I finished this same event few times, and every time it was accurate, started every 2 hours.. Idk what is going on..

I finished event in present time, solo as prot pala. Might be hard if you want to go for all 4 waves as you need to protect npc-s, and if you dont keep agrro all the time they might die. So it was easy with tank, not sure if you want to solo it as dps without good aoe for agrro.
