9 xpacs ÷ 60 level cap.....i predict the 1-60 vanilla model gets thrown out the window. Currently 50% of leveling can be done in the original game content. I imagine they want that spread out more evenly per xpac. IMO the level squish is a good excuse to do it

It will all depend on how classic does, i dont see how they could justify having 2 level 60 capped games competing against each other. If you think vanilla 1-60 will be bad, wait till there's 9 expansions worth of content to do in 60 levels. IMO it seems like someone wants to leave their mark...

Btw pretty sure lionfur armor is still available, its just a stupid low drop rate. Its a low chance drop, from a loot table of 97 items. Plus according to undermine journal, the available quanity has had a steady increase so they are coming from somewhere.....gl
