Fiction - The 2 Paladins are leveled up. Fact - I own one of the S1/S2 70 Paladins and it is still 70. The other Paladin was a dupe on the same account that was levelled to 90 which i separated and sold off the account. There is also another one floating around.

Its weird, my 70 Rogue has 22k hp, 800 AP, crits level 60 target dummies/critters for 250k melee swings, and eviscerates the 70 target dummy for like 2.8k

If it doesn't stack, then why would 1500 of a secondary stat over-rule 1650 of your primary stat? Is it because of the PPM or what? Genuine question, not trolling btw.
