The only rep things i can think of is the WOTLK tabars you can get by buying commendation badges for justice points to get friendly or w/e to buy them. EDIT: Corrected myself, the commendations are not BoA.

To leave just macro /afk, and deserter is only 15 minutes. Deal with it.

This is still very viable for level 85 twinks, some argue that this on the arch 2h is better than the guitar one from BMAH.
