Doesn't exp off in WotLK not work? I remember 60 twinking but it only worked because it was on a classic account so I couldn't level further.

I don't like this idea, having little customization and lower secondaries sounds boring and takes away from part of what makes twinking enjoyable. There's always going to be people who are too busy to take part in or prepare for tournaments, that's unfortunate but pretty much gonna happen...
