Does this work for DH starting area?

Hi guys, I am only getting gold from legion dungeons, no items. I am going into them from the open world without dungeon in normal chromie time. Is it an issue with chromie or is it an issue of not using dungeon finder? Can anyone help? thanks

Can you get boss mount/pet drops on a 20? So I know for MOP world bosses they dont drop anything unless you are 30 right? how about darkmoon rabbit and posidus? Are there others that are farmable?

I'm playing mage and this isn't working. I teleport to class hall, reset and then when the 1 min cd is ready I tp to the same spot in class hall. did i miss something?

Can someone explain how the class teleport portals work to reset dungeons? I just teleport out and I cant teleport in.

is it possible to get the order hall quest item upgrade change too? would that stack with the garrison one? Thinking of getting all the bonuses before completing those quest

Thanks. Additionally, do you know how to apply enchants like ele force to weapons that are ilvl 87? the rogues on this armory has it but when I try to apply it says too high ilvl and ele force has a ilvl 50 restriction.
